Meet Erik

Erik Olsen, a Madison native and West High School alum, graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School in 2005. Passionate about protecting private property rights, Erik founded his own law practice soon after graduation. He now practices law with his wife Sarah.

Business background – For nearly 19 years, Erik has been a dedicated advocate for Wisconsin citizens, specializing in eminent domain law. He has spent thousands of hours educating the public, conducting extensive research, and litigating cases. His commitment to visiting clients’ properties and understanding their concerns has earned him a reputation for exceptional client service and a strong sense of public duty. Erik’s ability to work effectively with diverse groups within the court system and the community has prepared him to represent Wisconsin in Washington, DC.

Practicing Constitutionalist – As a successful property rights lawyer, Erik defends the constitutional rights of people affected by wrongful use of eminent domain for property takings by governments. Erik does battle in courts to win back peoples’property and property rights.

Political views – A two-time candidate for the United States Congress, Erik is committed to ensuring government works for its citizens. He advocates for a balanced approach that respects individual rights, upholds the Constitution, and honors military service members. Especially, Olsen wants to reduce and reverse family crushing inflation plaguing the nation. Erik’s tireless work ethic and deep connections throughout the 2nd Congressional District have garnered him widespread respect and support.
